Why can't I login or reset my password?
Sometimes a user has more than 1 email address and is trying to login or reset their password with the wrong email address. Check this first and then if you still can't login,
get help.
Is there an app for this?
No, there is no app to download on your phone. poolsmmm is website only, but mobile friendly.
How do I know how many points I get if I pick the correct competitor?
The points for each competitor pick are shown on the picks page below each competitor's name. Tap on the points shown for additional points info.
Can I make an additional set of picks?
Yes. Each "player" can only make picks once per pool. But after making your picks, you can tap on the "pick again" button on the picks page and follow the instructions to add an additional player and set of picks. Additional players are needed when you want to join more than 1 league in a pool.
How do I join a league?
All leagues at poolsmmm are private. To join a new league, you need to receive an invite link from a league commish. Or you can start a new league and invite people to join your league on social media by including the league invite link in your post. If you're not in a league, you can still make your picks and you will be automatically added to one of the All Players leaderboards.
Can I be in more than one league in a pool?
Yes, but you need to add an additional player to be in another league. Each player can be in only 1 league per pool. On the leagues page, tap the start or join a league link. You will eventually be directed to add an additional player. Then your additional player can start or join another league.
How can I join multiple leagues in a pool?
To join an additional league in the same pool, tap the leagues button then tap the "Start or Join a league" button. If you're already in another league in the same pool, you'll receive this message: "You are already in a league in this pool. Each player can only be in 1 league per pool. To start or join another league, add an additional player." Go ahead and tap the "add an additional player" link and enter another player name to be used for your next league. Then using the menu, switch to your newly created additional player so it is active, then tap the invite link sent by the league commish.

How do I add players to my league?
First start a new league. Then go to your league page. Then tap the commish button. Then tap the 'invite players' and/or 'add no-login players' buttons and follow the instructions.
If I was the commish of a pool league last year, do I need to create a new league for this year's pool?
Yes, in 1 click, you can copy your league from last year, including all league members, options and styles. Or you can create a new league and selectively import league members from any past league into your new league. You don't have to invite players again if they have played in one of your previous pools.
A player in my league forgot to make his/her picks on time. Can we still get those picks in?
Yes, the commish of each league can make late picks for all league members.
To do so, tap the settings icon to the right of any player's name on the leaderboard, then tap the "Edit picks" link to make their picks.
Late picks are available for a limited amount of time for each match, so get your picks in when you can.
Can I make picks for league players who are not able to make their own picks?
Yes, see the "add no-login players" league page for more info.
How do I remove the league I started?
First remove all the league members from your league, except for yourself. To do so, tap the settings icon next to your name on the leaderboard, then select League Cleanup. Then if there are still some players in your league, tap the settings icon next to each player and select Remove player. Lastly, tap the settings icon next to your name and select Remove league.
Is there any way to change a league player's points?
Yes, the league commish can adjust each member's point total. See the player settings link next to each player's name on the leaderboard.
How many people can be in a league?
Leagues can have an unlimited number of members, including league players who login themselves and no-login players whose picks are made by the league commish.
How do I start multiple leagues in a pool?
First, start your first league and invite league members.
People receiving your invite can use the link to create an account, join your league and make their picks.
To set up another league, click leagues, then click the "Start or Join a League" button and follow the links.
Eventually you will be presented with this message: "You are already in a league in this pool. Each player can only be in 1 league per pool. To start or join another league, add an additional player."
Go ahead and add another player for yourself, using a different name. This new player will be the league commish for your next league.
Note that you can only login with your original, primary user, and can then access additional users from the menu.
Using the menu, switch to your newly created additional player so it is active.
Click leagues, then click the "Start or Join a league" button and create your next league.

Repeat these steps to create more leagues.
How can I combine all the leagues I host into 1 overall league?
If you host multiple leagues, you can create a combo league that includes all your existing leagues. Just start another league and look for the "Start a New Combo League" box next to the regular "Start a New League" box. All players, from all of the leagues you host, are automatically added to the new combo league's leaderboard.
